Driver Quotes

"Monaco, I just hate, by the 17th lap I was dazed and had tunnel vision. I Just missed Lambo at the start on the first corner, lapped fredz once I think, and had some pretty rough racing with kikz for a few laps. Bring on the open tracks I say, I hate having to do 5 point turns." - Ghost - Lotus

"Started 2nd on random grid. At first corner got a good run in and over took whom ever had 1st on the outside. By the hair pin Ben was catching me, so got out of his way in the tunnel as best I could to let him though. Proceeded to just keep the car on the track, not pushing much just trying to be consistent. Ghost and Lambo tussled it out behind me, riding my ass a few laps before I think they collided. Continued along at about 1:22/lap. Lambo caught me again. Defended my position as best I could for several laps, he dropped back again after yelling he can't pass me and made a mistake I think. Plodded along, thumb getting tired, wrists getting tired on this controller. Lambo comes as me again, and at the hair pin nudges me 90 degrees around. I'm guessing my car ghosted and he decided to drive right on through me as I was full blocking the road." - Eradicator - McLaren

"Started on the 3rd row, 5th or something. Had a great start, good power down and slipped through a nice gap between the 2nd row cars, thanks guys, then again found myself looking at another car-sized gap between the two front runners as the car on the left went a bit wide, and Mark in first took turn 1 relatively tightly, so I was able to tuck in neatly behind him. Bit of a dream start, really.

Glued on Mark's tail through the first few turns, making lots of intimidating noise, and we ended up side by side through the tunnel, and I got by thanks in good part to Mark's well mannered driving.
Immediately after that I said to myself "you're leading, it's Monaco, everyone else will fuckup or be fucked up, just stay on the fucken rails dickhead." And I did, and they all did, and I won, it was neat." - Flouncy - McLaren

"Oh how we knew this one was going to be interesting. No run off, very bumping and even the slightest mistake means wall. I had a great qualifying beating the previous record and having a comfortable 1.4 second gap to Ben. Unfortunately we lost Kikz so we restarted with the random grid and unfortunately had to start from 3rd. First corner was tragic but not unexpect Frogz and I touched which was enough to spin. Had to pit straight away and went straight on the hard tires. Despite the pit lap times were very good and I caught up to the back of the field. Unfortunately this time Kikz spun at the top of the hill and I t-boned with him.

Another pit but this time I switched back to option since I thought maybe I could catch up with the faster tire and having got rid of the primes. I caught up to the back field again and passed some other cars, unfortunately Frogz doing his best to get out of the way caught the full force of my FI car ramming him in the arse. Think Kovelinen and Webber. So another trip to the pits. Strangely tho, for some reason my timing was showing me in the lead which made no sense and placing was frozen. So I didn't know who I was and wasn't racing.

I came up behind Mark84 who was clearly struggling on older Prime tires and no matter what I tried I couldn't get past him for quite a few laps. Finally pushing quite hard I did tag is back end and spin him, which was unfortunate because he was defending very well. Second place in the end which was unbelievable considering pitting 4 times. However We all know that's what happens to Monaco, and to be honest, those laps were I was desperately trying to catch up were more enjoyable then the Spain victory!" - Atomic Lambo - Force India
