"Perfect qualifying, beating Ben by just 6 1/1000th of sec. Race was very much controlled, except for the start. Ben distracted me and I didn't even notice the lights go out, however luckily I still go to turn one first, and from there the next 4 or 5 laps I pulled a healthy lead. On about lap 9 I came in for my prime tires and set about doing some good consistent outlaps to make sure I stayed out when Ben and Ghost pitted for their tires. After I resumed first I set into cruise mode to make sure I looked after the tires. As the last 3 or 4 laps came Ben started to put in some solid lap times so I pushed the last 3 or 4 laps to make sure I maintained a gap. It did start to rain with only one and a bit laps to go, but no were near enough to cause concern. Perfect race for me." - Atomic Lambo - Force India
